Fun Facts
Shera? Wassat? Shera has been my preferred nickname for almost 2 years now. It first came about when I was looking for a cute-ish Japanese name, and Shera kind of stuck. I use it for everything now. Ever since my favorite actor/singer/idol in Japan wrote it by his autograph after I cornered him at the stagedoor when I watched Tanz der Vampire, I feel even more inclined to use it on a daily basis. :D
Why choose Shera.me? Although I certainly didn’t need another domain name, I wanted this one as a sort of keepsake. What’s more personal than getting a .me domain with my favorite nickname?
Bits and pieces of online history: I discovered HTML at a tender age of 12, followed by CSS about a year later. I was really into the “online” thing during my mid-teens, and went through about 4 hosted subdomains, and 2 domains. I still own a number of domains, mainly for hosting and random collective purposes. Shera.me just happens to be the latest in a long string of domain impulse buying, but shall inspire me to um, blog, again. I guess. Now, I wonder what my livejournal was for then…
